We want the house to be like home, not a hotel, so we have a 14-day minimum stay and monthly renters are given preference. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood so this works out best for all.

 Our rate, plus an $80 cleaning fee, is what you actually pay, no surprises or add-on fees.

We have never had to keep a depoisit. But please report any damage, no matter how minor, so we can make the repair or replacement for our next guest.

Cancellation policy: We prefer to receive only the deposits up front, with full payment on arrival. Cancellations submitted in writing 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% refund of deposit funds. Less than 14 days, 50% of deposit will be returned. No refunds for cancellations of seven days or less.  All cancellation refunds considered on case-by-case basis due to situation (e.g. weather, travel, illness, etc.) Due to high demand, deposits not received within one week of booking may be canceled. 

We do not offer online booking because our manager (mom) likes to chat with all the wonderful people that she meets from all over the world. This is not a hotel, so she will make sure our hosue is the right property for you. As a retired human resources manager from a famous Florida resort, you are in good hands with her and will be delighted by the attention you will receive. We accept your deposit by check, bank transfers or credit card payments via PayPal. You can pay the remainder on arrival. Irene will work out what is best for your situation via email or telephone after you contact here.
