Our rental homes are two parts of a large duplex. But each has its own personality and character. They are completely separate from one another. Below you'll find short descriptions. Follow the links or click on the photo to get a full virtual tour.

Twin Palms is the larger front unit, a spacious place with 1,750 square feet. It offers a unique two master bedroom design that can be easily split into three bedrooms. The house includes a large recently remodeled kitchen, a separate dining room, office with highspeed wired & wireless and double French doors that open to separate BBQ garden off the dining room. The bathrooms were also recently updated to have dual sinks and walk in showers. This house feels vast and open, and is a good option for families with more than two children, or two couples spending their holiday/vacation together. The house sleeps six in beds, plus offers an air mattress for other temporary guests.

Twin Palms Video walk-through tour

This charming 900 square feet unit has lovely features that make you feel as if you are surrounded by a lush garden. It's an intimate two-bedroom, two bath home that we've lovingly remodeled. Its many windows provide a distinctly tropical feel. There's a wonderful lush yard featuring palms and a Tiki Gazebo with comfy chairs surrounding a firepit. There's a hammock swung between two palm trees, perfect for reading or resting.  Inside features all new Stainless appliances and bamboo countertops. As it sleeps four, this is a wonderful intimate option for two couples, or families with one or two children.

- Toys for boys & girls for playing inside
- Another box outside filled with beach toys
- Small plastic chairs for use inside
- A small supply of children's sunblock, diapers and the like on arrival
